The Department of Immigration and His Majesty’s Customs wish to advise the public and all travellers that the technical issues previously affecting the Virgin Islands Online ED Card Portal have been resolved and the system is now fully operational.

Travellers are encouraged to complete their Online ED Card prior to arrival in the Territory to facilitate smoother processing through Immigration and Customs.

The Departments thank the public and travellers for their patience and understanding while efforts were being made to restore the service.
