The public is notified that the Water and Sewerage Department is in the process of updating customer information within their database to ensure that all records are accurate, complete and up to date. When visiting the department whether physically or online, customers will be required to provide or verify personal information with the Customer Care Services Unit. The information requested may include but is not limited to:

• Full Name
• Home/Physical Address
• Mailing Address
• Email Address
• Telephone Number(s)
• Social Security Number
• Valid Government issued identification (ID)

Customers may also be asked to present supporting documents for verification purposes. All information collected will be used solely for official departmental records and administrative purposes. The Department kindly requests the full cooperation of all customers in providing the necessary and accurate information when requested.
