Official Funeral for Vernon Malone, QPM, LLB on June 22

The official funeral of former legislator, Mr. Vernon Malone, QPM, LLB, CPA will be held on Saturday, June 22 at the Multi-purpose Sports Complex. His body will lie in state, at the House of Assembly on Thursday, June 20. The public will have an opportunity to pay their last respects between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Student Vacation Visa Waiver Programme

Road Maintenance Works In Road Town June 10 To 11

The Public Works Department will be conducting (intermittent) road maintenance works in Road Town on Monday, June 10 from 7:00 p.m. to Tuesday, June 11 at 2:00 p.m.

at the following locations:

  • Pickering Road: From the bottom of Horsepath to Clippers Barbershop
  • Station Avenue: From the Red Cross to Althea Scatliffe Primary School

Motorists are advised to observe all road signs and proceed with caution during this time.
