The Department of Labour and Workforce Development is reminding employers who apply for work permits, of the annual submission requirement of an authorised signatory list. The list, which can be submitted in a table format, should include the full name, position and sample signature of the entity’s authorised person(s). The list should be emailed to Kim Russell-Romney at krussell-romney@gov.vg or Arlet Blyden-Malone at ablyden-malone@gov.vg.

For work permits that are currently being processed, the department encourages employers to submit signatory lists by March 18 and avoid any unnecessary delays.
