In order for the Labour Department to assess the workforce needs in the Territory, the Department is requesting that all business owners/employers and managers within the business community to provide updated information as to the following:

1. The status of their businesses, such as if they are operational or non-operational.
2. Any staff changes, such as employees that may have been released or will be released and those that have been retained, along with their respective positions and immigration status.
3. Any changes in the job descriptions of all employees.
4. Any additional information that may be useful in the assessment.
