Residents of Jost Van Dyke are notified that the Environmental Health Unit will be carrying out a round of fogging on the island tomorrow December 3. Fogging will begin at 5:00 p.m.

Persons with respiratory illnesses, particularly asthmatics, should leave the areas being fogged for at least an hour. Residents are reminded that fogging only provides temporary relief from the mosquitoes. Householders and property are urged to be vigilant in preventing mosquitoes from breeding in stagnant water around their homes and businesses. Inspections of premises should be done weekly.
