Employers, employees, legal practitioners and the public are notified that the Labour Arbitration Tribunal’s Trinity Term ended on Friday, July 29. Sittings are suspended during the Summer Break from Monday, August 1 until Wednesday, August 31.

The office will be closed to the public from Monday, August 22 to Friday, September 9th. During that time, documents can be submitted via email at mrmangal@gov.vg. Deadlines that are due, or interlocutory applications made, during the month of August will be addressed at the start of the Michaelmas Term in September.
