The public and motorist are advised that a portion of Blackburn Highway in the vicinity of the Fine Foods Supermarket to the East End Police Station will be temporarily interrupted on Wednesday, May 15 to Saturday, May 18 from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.  Traffic will be redirected as follows:

1. Westbound Traffic to remain open to the public.
2. Eastbound Traffic to be diverted through Narrows Road in the vicinity of Fine Foods Supermarket unto Long Look Road and surrounding areas.

The purpose of the traffic interruption is to facilitate the continuation of work on the Long Swamp Pump Station. Motorists and pedestrians are advised to exercise caution and follow all signage while traversing the area.
