The public is invited to the Ministry of Education’s annual Inter Secondary School Debates from March 14 to April 19.

The students will debate topics including:

• A parental escort policy should be enforced to restrict students under 18 from patronising public establishments during school hours. 
• Modern day natural disasters are a direct result of man’s unsustainable use of the environment.
• Greater gun control measures will reduce crime in the Virgin Islands.
• Alternative sources of energy can meet the energy demands of the Virgin Islands.

The debates will be held at the Althea Scaliffe Auditorium at 5:30 p.m..  All are asked to attend the sessions and support the students
