All booth owners are asked to remove all erected booths, dismantled structures and/or materials from the Festival Grounds in Road Town.

All structures that can be carried away in high winds should be removed or secured by Monday, September 4.

Individuals are urged to treat this notice with highest priority as the Virgin Islands Festivals and Fairs Committee is putting precautionary measures and actions in place to protect the grounds from the possible threat of Hurricane Irma.
