The public is notified that a portion of Blackburn Highway, in the vicinity of Parham Town Bridge to the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge, will be temporarily closed on Saturday, November 4 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The closure is to facilitate the funeral of the late Mrs. Jennie N. Wheatley, MBE. Traffic will be redirected through nearby access roads.
