The Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources, and Climate Change, is seeking quotations from qualified bidders to provide auditing services for the Ministry’s Resilience, Sustainable Energy and Marine Biodiversity Programme (RESEMBID) project.

The project is titled, “Strengthening the Virgin Islands’ Water Quality Monitoring Programme to Inform Effective Environmental Management and Spatial Planning.”

The ministry is under no obligation to accept the lowest or any other tender, nor will it cover any costs incurred by Bidders in preparing their quotations. The ministry also reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, or to annul the bidding process and reject all quotations at any time prior to the contract award, without incurring any liability or obligation to inform affected Bidders of the reasons for such actions.

The Quotation shall be addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change Date: 23rd June, 2025 Time: 4:30 p.m. Quotations received after the deadline date and time will be rejected.

All Quotations must be submitted by e-mail in a non-editable format to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change at menrcc@gov.vg, with a copy (cc) to atgeorge@gov.vg. The filename and e-mail subject must bear the applicant’s name and the title “Supply of Auditing Services RESEMBID”.
