Young persons between the ages of ten and 20 are encouraged to begin submitting applications for the 2016 Virgin Islands Emerging Fellow Awards.

All applications must be submitted to the Ministry of Education and Culture with the title, Emerging Fellow Awards, and to the attention of Assistant Secretary, Ms. Lorna Stevens by March 25.
