Eslyn Henley Richiez Centre is celebrating another year after opening their doors to students who are differently-abled forty seven years ago.

Eleven students have received support from the Government of the Virgin Islands to begin their Level 1 Marine Professional Training at the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College.
