As we live and work with COVID-19, the operations of the Public Service will continue. However, to better serve our clients safely, the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) at Pockwood Pond, Tortola, will be temporarily closed from Wednesday, January 12 to Friday, January 14 to ensure that the health and safety of its officers and the clients it serves.

Appointments can be made by contacting the Public Service Customer Service Care Centre via telephone at 468-3701 or online at www.bvips.org. when services resume.

The public is advised that the Ministry of Finance’s administrative office at Qwomar Building No. 2 will be providing remote services from Monday, January 10 to Monday, January 17.   

Physical operations will resume on Tuesday, January 18. In the interim, all mail and packages should be delivered to our office at the Rita Frett Georges Building located across from the Road Town Roundabout and next to the old market place. The public is advised that the Survey Unit of the Land and Survey Department will be providing remote services only, from Thursday, January 6 to Monday, January 10.

The redevelopment of the North Sound Administration Building is complete and will be handed over tomorrow, Tuesday, February 9.
