The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instruments Nos. 36 and 37 Immigration and Passport (Prohibition of Entry) (No. 6) Order, 2020 and Imposition of a Curfew (No.6) Order, 2020 are now available for public information on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.

The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instruments No.28 Immigration and Passport (Prohibition of Entry) (No. 5) Order, 2020 is now available for public information on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.
The Government of the Virgin Islands has put measures in place for accommodations to be made for persons who are in the Territory visiting and may need assistance in extending their stay until the all clear is given.
All visitors who remain in the BVI following the closure of its borders are being informed that no penalties will be placed for staying beyond the issued Immigration entry permit upon entering the Territory.

El Departamento de Inmigración le informa al público, que medidas han sido implementadas para reforzar la práctica de distanciamiento social a la luz de la pandemia del coronavirus COVID-19 y que ahora solo permite cinco (5) personas dentro del área del lobby en un momento dado.

The Immigration Department is informing the public that it has implemented social distancing measures in light of the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic and is now only allowing five (5) persons within the lobby area at any given time.
By now we are all aware that the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared there is a global pandemic—the COVID-19. This form of the Coronavirus is affecting lives, communities, and the world economy.
