Minister for Communications and Works Honourable Kye Rymer led a delegation through several areas of Road Town to assess the drainage situation ahead of Tropical Storm Tammy.

The Public Works Department is inviting owners of three (3) to ten (10) yards trucks who are interested in asphalt application, to contact the department stating their interest.

The public is notified that a portion of Parham Town road in the vicinity of Moose Bar to Mrs. Erica Penn’s residence will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon today Saturday, 14th October, 2023.

The Ministry of Communications and Works is continuing its clean-up and rehabilitation efforts of the road and ghut network through the Public Works Department (PWD).

The public is notified that a portion of road at Shepherd Hill in the vicinity of the Bouncer’s Apartment, will be closed from today Friday, October 6 until further notice as a safety precaution to motorists.

The public is notified that the bypass road by the Market Square in the vicinity of Yamraj Building to Ward’s Building will be temporarily closed from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, 24^th September, 2023.

Minister for Communications and Works Honourable Kye Rymer was engaged in discussions on Tuesday, September 12, with members of Hertfordshire County Council, United Kingdom in the areas of road infrastructure development and fire and rescue services.

The Minister for Communications and Works, Honourable Kye Rymer has indicated that a portion of Main Street to the foot of Joe’s Hill Road will soon accommodate two-way traffic.
