Residents and businesses along the Blackburn Highway from the East End Police Station on to Parham Town, the Sound, Chapel Hill and Beef Island are notified that public water service will be temporarily interrupted from today Sunday, March 6.
The public is advised that the Water and Sewerage Department (WSD) will be operating from its new customer service and billing system from Monday, February 7.
Residents of the Hannah Hill area are notified that the public water service will be temporarily interrupted on Saturday, February 5 from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 6 and again on Sunday, February 6 from 12:00 noon to 6:00 a.m. on Monday, February 7.
Residents and businesses on Tortola are notified that the public water service will be temporarily interrupted on Saturday, February 5 and Sunday, February 6 from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. daily to facilitate the upgrade and installation of new transformers.
The Tortola and Virgin Gorda branches of the Water and Sewerage Department will be temporarily closed on Friday, February 4 to facilitate system upgrades.
As we live and work with COVID-19, the operations of the Public Service will continue. However, to better serve our clients safely, the Administration Unit at the Water and Sewerage Department, Tortola branch, will be temporarily closed from Thursday, January 20 to Monday, January 24, to ensure the health and safety of its officers and the clients it serves.
Residents and businesses along the Blackburn Highway from Jean Hill to Sophie Bay are notified that public water service will be temporarily interrupted today Wednesday, January 19 until 3:00 p.m.
