"I was devastated to hear that another young life has been taken in a senseless act last night.   My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.  These crimes must stop.   The Premier, myself and all law enforcement agencies are implementing a plan to improve security.   We need the public to assist us in this plan.  Security is everybody's business."
