The Environmental Health Division is heightening surveillance of early childhood centers across the Territory following the report of eight suspected cases of Hand Foot and Mouth Disease (HFMD).
The Environmental Health Division is informing the public of a voluntary recall of approximately 5,760 cases of Capri Sun Wild Cherry Flavored Juice Drink Blend beverages by Kraft Heinz.
The Ministry of Health and Social Development is increasing its surveillance in response to the detection of Monkeypox cases in the Region and the high risk of disease introduction due to increased travel, in conjunction with the Territory’s return to pre-pandemic protocols.

Premier and Minister of Finance Dr. the Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley is away from the Territory attending the 43rd Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) in Suriname from July 3 to 5.

Deputy Governor, Mr. David D. Archer Jr, has stated that there is an extension of the previous ‘Public Health Measures In The Current Context Of COVID-19’ policy, specifically related to wearing masks in certain Government offices with high public interaction.

Minister for Health and Social Development Honourable Marlon Penn has announced that protocols are being relaxed including legal mask mandates commencing June 15.
