The Ministry of Health and Social Development is seeking to compile accurate records regarding COVID-19 vaccination and is inviting persons who have been vaccinated abroad to contact the Vaccination Call Centre at 852-7525.
The Virgin Islands community is urged to unite to stop the epidemic of chronic non-communicable diseases as the Territory observes Caribbean Wellness Day 2021.

The Public Health Unit of the Ministry of Health and Social Development is advising all Grade 11 students of the BVI Seventh Day Adventist Secondary School to self-isolate and abide by home quarantine guidelines available at https://bvi.gov.vg/media-centre/covid-19-stay-home-self-quarantine-isolation-guidance.

The Ministry of Health and Social Development has confirmed that eight more COVID related deaths were recorded over the last week bringing the total number of deaths in the Virgin Islands to 31.

The public is notified that ‘Operation Protect Each Other’ Vaccination Drive continues this week on the Festival Grounds. Persons can come out today July 27 through Saturday July 31 to receive the AstraZeneca vaccine. Individuals are also encouraged to walk in or carpool, have a Government ID and wear short sleeves tops to receive their vaccines. Let us all do our part to keep our Territory safe.
