Premier and Minister of Finance, Honourable Dr. Natalio D. Wheatley has said that 50 percent of the recommendations agreed in the implementation framework between the Governments of the Virgin Islands and the United Kingdom has been fully implemented.

The Department of Human Resources is preparing to launch a new talent management system, dubbed TALEO. The system aims at streamlining the Government’s on-boarding and employee management services.
