The public is informed that major road works continue on the Long Trench/Johnson’s Ghut Road Rehabilitation Project.

Premier and Minister of Finance, Honourable Andrew A. Fahie said that 32.73 percent of the development budget has been allocated to the Ministry of Transportation, Works and Utilities as Government focusses on major construction projects to stimulate economic activity and create jobs during this COVID-19 period.

The public is notified that Windy Hill Road in the vicinity of Sage Mountain junction will be closed on Wednesday, November 17 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The motoring public is advised that the westbound lane of James Walter Francis Drive, from the traffic lights at Station Avenue (Red Cross area) to the Round-about in Road Town will be closed to vehicular traffic on Saturday, November 13 from 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Sunday, November 14.

The public is notified that Windy Hill Road, Tortola in the vicinity of Sage Mountain junction will be closed on Thursday, November 11 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The public is hereby informed that the Johnson’s Ghut/Long Trench road will be closed to facilitate a concrete pour on Sunday, November 7, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

The public is notified that Windy Hill Road, Tortola in the vicinity of Sage Mountain will be closed on Wednesday, November 3 from 8:30 a.m. to Thursday, November 4, at 8:30 a.m. to facilitate the paving of the road. Motorists are asked to adhere to all road signs.

Works commenced today, November 1 on the Fish Bay Road Rehabilitation Project.  Phase one consists of the building of the by-pass road to allow for the continuation of traffic and to reduce traffic disruption during the execution of this project.
