- Completed Renewal of Livery Permit application form.
- Original valid Police Certificate.
- Three recent, identical passport-sized photographs.
- Work Permit.
- Valid Trade Licence.
- Certificate of Medical Fitness, including an eye examination, issued no more than six months before the renewal date.
- Previous Livery Permit.
- Certificate from the BVI Tourist Board.
