‘Read for the Fun of it!’ is the theme for the Territory’s 25^th Annual ‘Reading is Fun Week’ from October 10 to 14.

Parents and guardians of Grade 12 students of the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS) are invited to a special meeting on Tuesday, October 11, at 4:45 p.m.

In an effort to offer the Caribbean Vocational Qualifications (CVQ) in the British Virgin Islands, the Ministry of Education and Culture is continuing to facilitate CVQ training.

World Teachers Day is being observed on Wednesday, October 5 under the theme, ‘Valuing Teachers, Improving their Status’.

Teachers in the Virgin Islands are being celebrated this week, in observance of Teachers’ Week, from October 2 to 8. 

Parents and guardians are advised that the Virgin Islands’ Curriculum for Kindergarten through Grade 6 is available.

Students and faculty of the Jost Van Dyke Primary School (JVDPS) were treated to a recent presentation by motivational speaker and mentor, Mr. Henderson Tittle.

Parents and guardians of students attending the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS) are invited to the school’s first Open House for the Advent Term on Tuesday, October 11.

In a continuous effort to enhance skills, Physical Education and Liaison teachers in the Virgin Islands are being trained at a Physical Literacy Workshop being held as part of the Healthy School Intervention Programme.
