The 2015 to 2016 academic school year will see a change in uniform for junior students at the Elmore Stoutt High School.

The Principal and Faculty members of the Elmore Stoutt High School are advising parents and students from grades seven to nine, that the school uniform will now change to a yellow button down shirt. 

The Ministry of Education and Culture invites persons who are preparing to pursue studies abroad this upcoming academic semester to attend the New Abroad Student Orientation session on Monday, July 13 beginning at 3:00 p.m. 

I have had the pleasure of working on a number of initiatives in education and youth development - from youth employment, the development of our youth policy, the opening of a true technical secondary school, even the launch of our illustrious Territorial song and wear.  But graduands, there is one item that keeps evading me but I will work diligently to realise this before my second term in office ends - how can we get this graduation to last just 90 minutes.

The Virgin Islands community reflected on the Territory’s journey from past to present when it observed the annual Territory Day Celebration on Monday, June 29.
