Post box holders and persons receiving mail at General Delivery are asked to collect registered mail at the General Post Office in Road Town.

Once a registered item is received, a notice is placed in the customer’s mail and a valid form of identification is needed as proof of ownership before the item is released.

Persons are asked to collect all registered items at the Road Town location as failure to do so will lead to the return of the registered items to the sender.

Customers of the BVI Post are reminded that mail from post office boxes can be collected at the main post office located in the Maduro Building, across from CCT.

The BVI Post customers on Tortola, Anegada and Jost Van Dyke are reminded that mail and parcels destined for post office boxes are to be collected at the General Post Office in Road Town. T

Residents are advised that the East End Post Office is closed until August 28.
