Joyce Samuel Primary School is the second of five primary schools in the Territory to receive a new playground facility following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Government of the Virgin Islands and Unite BVI.
The BVI Athletes that participated in the 2024 CARIFTA games in Grenada were greeted with a welcoming ceremony at the Terrence B. Lettsome International Airport yesterday.
