The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No. 7 Imposition of a Curfew (No.2) Order, 2021 is now available on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/. The Instrument was published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette No. 8 dated 27th January, 2021.

The BVI Tourist Board & Film Commission and the Taxi & Livery Commission are notifying all taxi professionals who completed the COVID-19 Gold Seal Training in December 2020, that the Gold Seal Decal for their Taxi Vehicles can be collected from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), Monday thru Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

As you are aware, the world and the Territory continue to manage the effects of the deadly COVID-19 pandemic and the Government of the Virgin Islands has taken many measures to control, prevent and suppress the spread of the virus. As such, effective December 1, 2020, the Government implemented a protocol wherein arriving passengers to the Territory on (Day 0), are required to quarantine for four days only, and following receipt of a negative COVID-19 PCR test, persons are allowed to move freely within the Territory. Persons travelling from the United Kingdom and the Dominican Republic are required to quarantine for fourteen days.
