View Properties for Sale in the Virgin Islands

The Government’s property mapping service shows properties being sold by Non-Belonger property owners as part of the Non-Belonger Land Holding Licence process. It is not a complete list of all properties for sale in the Virgin Islands and is intended to give these properties greater exposure to the local community, including Belongers and first-time buyers.

Marine Estate Administration

The Marine Estate Administration Policy updates the guidance used by the Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change since 1996 for the issuance of licences, permits and leases for the use of the seabed which is Crown Land.
